An interior designer specifying plated hardware for a Rancho Santa Fe remodel has a different problem than a machine shop: the pieces are often irreplaceable, the finish standard is unforgiving, and the client is watching the schedule. Local plating solves all three. Suites of hardware are quoted from photos as a set, plated in coordinated lots so color matches across every pull and hinge, and picked up from our counter as installation phases come due.
For individual pieces — a watch from a Del Mar collector, a trophy from the turf club, a tarnished heirloom from an Encinitas jeweler's bench — the process is deliberately simple. Photograph it, send it to us, and get a written quote before the piece ever leaves your possession. Then drive it up the coast; the trip from Del Mar takes about as long as finding parking at the fair.
